The growth of connected devices is sparking significant disruption across a range of industries as the world rapidly becomes more instrumented, interconnected and intelligent. This expanding Internet-of-Things (IoT) universe will clearly be a major driver of digital transformation, enabling new business models based on ever smarter devices and new data streams.
However, developing and deploying connected solutions will require a wide range of technologies, expertise and services which can be beyond the means of even the largest of corporations. Collaboration and co-innovation will be essential to mitigate the cost and risk of investing in the IoT. The NUS Connected Enterprise initiative aims to be a catalyst for such collaboration.
NUS Enterprise @ Singapore Science Park (NE@SSP), located in the Franklin building at Singapore Science Park 1, will serve as the hub for this initiative. NE@SSP houses rapid-prototyping and project incubation resources and will serve as a one-stop gateway to a deep pool of talent, technologies, startups and co-innovation platforms that can augment and enhance your organization’s IoT endeavours.
